Who we are and what this platform is
Loadixa is a platform by Controvia Software (Damascus, Syria) that lets business owners create and manage their digital stores. We provide the technical tool your store runs on — we build it, host it and support it — while you remain the owner of your store and the one in control of it.
The data we handle
To run the platform we process: account data (name, email, phone), store operation data, and technical logs necessary for security and stability. We do not see passwords — they are stored encrypted so that no one can read them, including us.
Security at a world-class level
We provide a strong, world-class security infrastructure: complete isolation of every store's data in its own data store that no other store shares, encryption of passwords and sensitive data, two-step verification, secure authentication, and continuous monitoring. We work continuously to protect the platform with the latest standards.
Responsibility for store security
The security infrastructure we provide protects the platform; the day-to-day security of the store is its manager's responsibility: keeping passwords confidential, setting staff permissions, protecting provider accounts, and reviewing transactions. We bear no loss resulting from negligence in managing the account, sharing of login details, or an action by a staff member the store owner granted permission to.
Who owns the data
Every store's data and its customers' data belong to the store owner alone. We have no access to your customers' data — complete isolation keeps it in your hands. We do not sell this data or share it with any third party. You are the sole controller of your customers' data and the one responsible for handling it under the law that applies to you.
Your end customers
When someone buys from your store, their dealings and data are with you, not with us. We do not see them and do not contact your customers; the relationship between you and your customer is yours alone, and we are merely the technical infrastructure on which that dealing runs securely.
Retention and deletion
We keep data as long as the account is active and to the extent the law requires. You may request deletion of your data under the terms.
Hosting and infrastructure
Your store runs on infrastructure from a leading global hosting company, chosen for its high reliability and security, to give your store the best possible stability and speed. And although this infrastructure is among the highest quality in the world, any technical service may experience an incidental outage beyond our control; in such cases we work immediately to restore the service, without bearing responsibility for a fault that lies with the hosting provider itself.

We may update this policy and publish the date at its top.
